Terms and Conditions

  1. Before selecting a package the Guests are advised to carefully see the fact-sheet. Any changes after the selection are based on the Resort policy.
  2. No of persons in the room:
    Economy room is meant only for two persons-an extra person cannot be accommodated in the same.
    Standard and Executive rooms can accommodate a maximum of three persons. In case of triple sharing, a folding mattress / bed is used as third bed.
    Family room can accommodate 4 persons. This room has a double bed, a sofa cum bed for 2 and 2 bathrooms.
  3. All the services that are not covered in the package provided, the guests will have to pay for the same.
  4. Any requests for early/late check in or check out will be subject to the room availability/resort discretion.
  5. The guests need to pay for early check in/late check out @half day charge in case of up to four hours delay and full day charge in case of upto eight hours delay directly to the resort.
  6. Meals served at the resorts will be as per the resorts menu and timings. The details of the same shall be clearly displayed at the required places of the resort.
  7. There will be no refund if the guest misses/refrains from availing any meal arranged by the company due to his own reasons.
  8. A T.D.H menu will be presented under circumstances where a Buffet is not possible to be served.
  9. The rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  10. All the bookings are non-transferable without permission of the Hotel in case you change/cancel your travel plans due to any reason.
  11. The company shall not be liable to any loss or damage to the persons and property of the guests arising out of force majeure, out of his own negligence or out of the negligence of any independent contractors and their employees.
  12. In any case, no liability on the part of the Company arising in any way in respect of any hotel booking shall exceed the total amount paid for the package, and shall in no case include any consequential loss or additional expense whatsoever.
  13. All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts at Goa.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

It must be clearly understood that any changes in policies will always take precedent over the policy stated here, regards which you shall be informed.

Cancellation Charges: Applicable on bookings for 23 rd December to 3 rd January.
  • Cancellations of reservation between 04 days to check in full retention charges will be applicable.
  • Cancellations of reservation between 04 to 07 days to check in 2 night's retention charges are applicable.
  • Cancellations of reservation between 07 to 10 days to check in 1 night retention charge are applicable.
  • Cancellation of reservation more than 10 days will be refundable.
  • Any Cancellation after the above will be 100% chargeable at any circumstances.
  • Any Cancellation at peak season there will be no refund.
Administrative Charges : In case of full refund, administrative charges @ 5% of the total booking amount shall be deducted.

NOTE: You must pay very careful attention to any information we pass on to you about this matter if you think that these policies may apply to your booking.

Cancellation Procedure: The refund amount shall be calculated as per the cancellation policy. Payments made by credit card will be reversed on the card. All other modes of payments will be refunded by cheque, issued within 7 working days of making the cancellation. The same shall be deposited in your account.

Extension/Shortening of stay: For any shortening of the stay, the refund amount shall be calculated as per the cancellation policy and procedure. Extension of the stay is subject to availability.

No Show (Non-use of reservation): If you are unable to make use of the reservation made with us, then the same shall be dealt with as per the cancellation policy and procedure mentioned here.
